But even established formats occasionally need a fresh external perspective to continue having an impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That\u2019s why Thomas Rykart, in collaboration with vE Bildungsexzellenz, conducted an <a href=\"https:\/\/ve-business.ch\/en\/management\/assessment\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"603\">assessment<\/a> of the existing training day. Thanks to AI, <a href=\"https:\/\/ve-business.ch\/en\/operations\/learning-management\/adaptive-learning\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"3088\">individual learning paths<\/a> can be created that respond to prior knowledge, pace, and learner needs \u2013 a major advantage, especially in heterogeneous groups with diverse experience levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>\u201cThe external perspective helped us to question what exists \u2013 and to boldly develop new ideas.
