Yesterday, we hosted an inspiring networking event for the first time at our Innovation & Learning Lab in Lucerne. Together with decision-makers from business, politics and society, we highlighted key challenges on the Swiss labour market, such as the shortage of skilled workers and the impact of digitalization.
Special thanks go to Dr. Armin Hartmann, member of the cantonal government, whose informative input on the canton’s role in continuing education and higher vocational education and training laid the foundation for an exciting discussion.
The aperitif that followed was not only an opportunity for exciting discussions and new contacts, but also a piece of Swiss tradition: minced meat with croissants and apple sauce.
